I was looking for a local small business to handle computer and console repairs when I found MM Tech Doctor. Since discovering them, I've been back for a total of four visits due to their exceptional customer service, excellent communication, and high quality work at a fair price. I brought in my Playstation 4 to repair the disk rollers and the HDMI port which had become worn out from excessive use and travel. In both cases, the repairs were done in a timely manner and have held up over time. I had also brought in a laptop to solve an issue with overheating and malfunctioning fans, which has been working constantly without issue for over a year since the repair. Additionally, I brought in an old computer to be restored. After inspecting it, they determined that the cost of repair would be greater than the value of the computer. They could have taken my money and performed the repairs, but they contacted me and gave me the option to proceed or withdraw at no cost. The trust instilled by this interaction, in addition to the consistently high quality service from my other visits, is why I recommend MM Tech Doctor to my friends and family, and why I plan to return should I need any other repairs.

I'm a professional photographer and my laptop is one of my big tools of trade. The keyboard on it was having some issues, so I took it to the folks at MM Tech Doctor. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the part and had it repaired in no time. The laptop works great! Everyone there was super professional and friendly and kept me up to date with where things were every step of the way.

They also spoke up when I told them I was hard of hearing, which is always appreciated. I'll definitely be going back when I have issues with my computers in the future.
