Came here about a year or two ago was so happy with the price and service I forgot to leave a review but Tech Doc literally saved my rig! Had an issue with a storage drive that broke my Windows operating system and I was just so fed up with it I took it out to you guys. They freshened up my drives, cleaned out my pc, made Windows able to work again and I couldn't figure out this issue for weeks even with other competent IT/pc builders. Quoted me an extremely fair price and I was over here worried I'd be having to go crazy outta pocket for the whole thing! Highly recommend these guys if you're in the same predicament as I was or just less experienced in troubleshooting and can't fathom the headache of endless nights troubleshooting! They also explain exactly what the issue is too even if you're not well versed in the PC parts or troubleshooting world instead of just handing you a fixed rig and calling it a day! I couldn't finish any of my school work either so this was essential to me and they actually got this done in under week too. Top notch service and will be my first stop if I ever have issues again, thanks again!

Took my kids playstation in for an HDMI port failure. Gave me pricing upfront and was told that they had quite a few PS5s ahead and gave a fair idea of when they would be complete. The communication was great, pricing was affordable and verified all was corrected at pick up.
